Apache running as service.

Under certain circumstances (probably Windows NT hang/restart/reboot),
Apache dumps big amount of trash into access.log. After that,
Apache continues to log accesses as usual.

State-Changed-Why:
There's nothing apache can do if it's shut down improperly
(i.e. crash) and the operating system decides to spew crap
into a file.  If this is a problem, consider upgrading to
an operating system that doesn't have such bugs.
