X-Send-Pr-Version: 3.110 >Number: 6498 >Category: mod_proxy >Synopsis: With caching turned on, ProxyPassed site does not return all data? >Confidential: no >Severity: serious >Priority: medium >Responsible: apache >State: open >Quarter: >Keywords: >Date-Required: >Class: sw-bug >Submitter-Id: apache >Arrival-Date: Wed Sep 06 04:00:01 PDT 2000 >Closed-Date: >Last-Modified: >Originator: itamar@maxnm.com >Release: 1.3.12 >Organization: apache >Environment: Redhat 6.1, 2.2.12-2 >Description: I'm using Apache to ProxyPass a Zope site: #CacheRoot /Services/www/mysite/cache/ #CacheSize 40 ProxyPass / http://127.0.0.1:7080/websites/mysite/ ProxyPassReverse / http://127.0.0.1:7080/websites/mysite/ If those first two lines are commented it works fine. However if I uncomment them, at random pages are not totally loaded - the html is cut off in the middle, images do not load and stay white untill I refresh the page. This happens in IE/Netscape on Windows and Linux. Somehow turning on the caching breaks the output from Apache. >How-To-Repeat: Email me and I'll change the caching back on and you can see what the site returns. >Fix: >Release-Note: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: [In order for any reply to be added to the PR database, you need] [to include in the Cc line and make sure the] [subject line starts with the report component and number, with ] [or without any 'Re:' prefixes (such as "general/1098:" or ] ["Re: general/1098:").
