Apache API/APR documents which was created by ScanDoc seems wrong.
Netscape and Mozilla can correctly render these HTML files,
but Internet Explorer cannot.  I think, this is a typo in templete
files(src/helper/default.pl, src/lib/apr/helpers/default.pl).
