 I'm from mexico city, and i have the same problem, when i'm trying to 
 configured the apache listener in an oracle oas version 4.0.8.1.
 
 the error is the next:
 
 Syntax error on line 40 of /usr/local/apache/conf/access.conf:
 Expected </Directory> but saw </Directory>
 
 the e-mail the ibm sends to you is install the APAR "IX87837" that locates 
 under 
 http://service.software.ibm.com/cgi-bin/support/rs6000.support/downloads
 
 after we installed the APAR, the same problem occurs. I want to know if you 
 have another solution to this problem.....It's to important for us to get 
 the solution.....
