 Dear Sir /Madam
 
 I am working on the project. The details are as follows : Sco-Unix 7.1.1 is
 the operating system. Apache is webserver. Nowdays server gets hanged quite
 frequently. While it hanges throws an error cannot connect to inetProxy(I.P.
 address :8081): 146 Connection refused.
 Could u please give me suggestion on this issue.
