Description:

When I try to acces a script (http://www.uliweb.de/utils/statistik/awstats.pl)
the server does not execute the file (its mode is 755), it tries to download it.

As the docs clearly state, a "Directory" container does 
NOT take a URL path, it takes a filesystem path.
