I'm using the layout GNU...and unlike 1.3.x where the following files appear in <prefix>/sbin....these files are located in bin.

I have fixed our installation system.  I believe that
everything now gets installed to the same directories
as they did in Apache 1.3.  If you find any other files
that are not installed to the correct place, please let us
know.  Thank you for using Apache.
