When compiling Apache 1.3.20 I get an error:

H:\apache_1.3.20\src\os\win32\service.c(747) : error C2065:
   'SERVICE_CONFIG_DESCRIPTION' : undeclared identifier

A greg on SERVICE_CONFIG_DESCRIPTION reveals that it is used only once
as a function parameter without previous declaration.

This symbol is now defined in CVS and will compiled without
the PlatformSDK with the release of Apache 1.3.21.
