Linux 2.2.14-5 Redhat 6.2, apache 1.3.12 with php3

I have have installed Apache with php3 and compiled everything without any problems, I created few dynamic pages and everything was good but I restartded the linux server and now it is impossible to brownse my pages IE5 just propose me to record the index file ??
the log file is good also

This is a CGI programming or basic configuration issue.
As mentioned on the main bug database page, we must refer
all such basic or non-Apache-related questions to the
user newsgroups comp.infosystems.www.servers.unix and
comp.infosystems.www.servers.ms-windows, or the scripting
newsgroup comp.infosystems.www.authoring.cgi  First check
the FAQ http://httpd.apache.org/docs/misc/FAQ.html and then
pose your question to the appropriate newsgroup.
