Using mod_log_config and multiple CustomLog directives (combined log format) for some of the virtual hosts we realized that all logfiles are created correctly on server start but they remain empty (0 Bytes) although the hosts are accessed. Configuration and rights are completely unaltered from a running 1.3.17
