Linux 2.4.3 SMP with dual cpu

We are using the apache1.3.12 Apache Jserv 1.1.2 Gnujsp + JOnAs Ejbserver ,jdk1.2.2
Machine CONFIG:: Intel PIII dual cpu 846 MHz
		 1Gb RAM , Kernel 2.4.3

Once i restart the Apache server .
Every things works fine for first 5/6 request then
for all the request the site gets hangs 
No response for any request 
THere is noting in any log in jserv.log , mod_jserv.log , error_log

CAn you help me

Sorry, this isn't a bug in Jserv...look elsewhere...
