When installing for the current user only, the Windows Installer tries to install a registry key at HKEY_USERS\SOFTWARE\Apache. This gives an error message:

Error 1406. Could not write value Installed to key HKEY_USERS\SOFTWARE\Apache Group\Apache\2.0.28. Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

 This also happens on Windows XP.
 
 Conditions for error on my computer.
 Logged in as an administrator.
 
 Tries to write to HKEY_USERS\SOFTWARE\Apache
 
 Should be writing to HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Apache

State-Changed-Why:
Had been fixed in the .32 release, and should be working right
in the .34 release as well as other corrections for .32 specific
problems in .msi packaging.
