The operating system being used is V5R1 with PTF level 302. The products available are 5722DG1 (*Base,1),5722JV1(*Base,3,4,5).

The http servers are showing as type=unknown after upgrading from V4R4 to V5R1. The only change done during the upgrade was that the language was change to DBCS. We can neither create the http instance nor edit the present configs.

I have no idea why this is being reported to the apache
bug database.  This is clearly a problem with the
configuration of your OS.  You don't even mention what
your OS is, but I'm gussing AIX.

Please report your problem to someone at IBM, since we
have absolutely no idea what is going on.
