Jakarta Slide 2.0 beta1 binary distribution

This is the 2.0 beta1 version of Jakarta Slide.

Binary distributions:
- Slide 2.0b1 Tomcat*: Slide bundled with Tomcat either 4.1.29 or 5.0.16
- jakarta-slide-server-2.0b1.*: Binary distribution mainly containing
  all jars and a Web Archive (.war) for easy deployment in Web
  Containers
- jakarta-slide-webdavclient-bin*: Binary distribution of the WebDAV
  client library and command line client
